Fleet Sheet Lab

About us

Fleet workbooks built around real operating tasks

Fleet Sheet Lab helps small carriers, service fleets, delivery teams, and independent operators organize recurring work without starting from a blank spreadsheet.

Why we exist

A useful workbook should save time on day one

Fleet operations produce a constant stream of mileage, fuel, maintenance, inspection, dispatch, driver, delivery, and cost records. We turn one specific task at a time into a clear Excel workbook.

Each file includes understandable inputs, practical examples, and a structure that teams can adapt to their own vehicles, routes, vendors, and policies.

These are organizational tools, not legal, tax, safety, or compliance advice. Operators remain responsible for checking the rules that apply to their vehicles and business.

Method

From task to published file

  1. 01

    Define the job

We identify the decision or record the workbook must support.

  2. 02

    Build clear logic

Sheets, inputs, validations, formulas, and summaries follow the workflow.

  3. 03

    Review the route

Instructions and core calculations are reviewed before publication.
